House rules

Welcome to Chalet Eveline! To make your stay as pleasant as possible for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules:


  • Payment: Your stay must be paid in full in advance through your chosen booking platform. We do not accept payments on-site.


  • Check-in and check-out: The chalet is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure. You can access the chalet on your arrival day using the key safe, which has a unique code. For any different times, please refer to the booking platform where you made your reservation.


  • Peace and quiet: After 10:00 PM, we ask that you respect the peace and quiet and refrain from causing any noise disturbance. This applies both inside the chalet and on the grounds. During the day, it remains important to be considerate of other guests and keep the volume of music, conversations, and other noises to a minimum.


  • Cleanliness: Please leave the chalet and its surroundings tidy. Please treat our furnishings with care and dispose of waste in the designated bins. You may dispose of your own waste in the containers on the property, where you can separate glass, plastic, paper, and residual waste. However, this is not required. This is included in the cleaning fee.


  • Use of facilities: The chalet is intended for a maximum of the number of people booked. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior permission.


  • Smoking and Pets: Smoking is not permitted in the chalet. Dogs and other pets are not allowed unless previously discussed and confirmed by the manager.


  • Safety: Open fires and fireworks are not permitted. BBQs are only permitted in designated areas outside the chalet. Please supervise children and understand that use of the grounds is at your own risk.


  • Respect: We ask that you treat fellow guests and staff at Kleine Camping De Duin with respect. If you have any complaints or questions, you can always contact the manager.


  • Liability: You are responsible for any damage or loss to the chalet and its contents during your stay. Kleine Camping De Duin is not liable for theft or damage to personal belongings.
